1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RightCampus, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Service Description

RightCampus provides free KCET college and rank prediction tools and WhatsApp-based counselling. Our predictions are based on historical KEA data — use them as guidance, not guarantees.

3. Prediction Accuracy

While our predictor uses the official KEA 50:50 formula and real KCET 2025 data, actual ranks/admissions depend on paper difficulty, total candidates, and KEA's normalisation. Always verify with official KEA sources at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in

4. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, not abuse our services or counsellors, and respect community guidelines on WhatsApp groups.

5. Paid Services

If/when we introduce paid services, refund terms will be communicated separately. The free predictor and basic WhatsApp counselling remain free.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on RightCampus (predictors, blog, design) is our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RightCampus is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our predictions or counselling advice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes will be settled in Bangalore courts.
